Amicus is currently located in the beautiful Cork City and even though the restaurant is mostly known for their quality casual dining, the Tasty Ireland team was pleasantly surprised by their creative breakfast/brunch menu.
After a night out, we needed to regain strength and found Amicus in Cork City on a Sunday morning. An elegant breakfast menu with a balance of both healthy and hearty food, one item caught our eye: The Breakfast Pizza — which you can see as the featured image for this restaurant.
Most breakfast pizzas are usually a flop but this one had all the winning attributes:
- Great crust, thin and cooked properly, it didn’t disintegrate as you tried to lift the pieces,
- The taste of the dough wasn’t overpowering and the saltiness was subtle,
